HR professional with 12 years' experience working in Financial Services. Passionate about inclusion in the workplace, was a founding member of LINK, the first LGBTQ+ networking across the Insurance industry in the UK and have run LGBTQ+ employee resource groups in organisations.

Joining Proud HR in 2022 was a no brainer, as It is an amazing network for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies to network and most importantly, continuously learn. After the first few events, Tom & I identified that the group was predominantly male heavy.
