This year's theme is "Elevating Black Excellence in HR – Redefining the Narrative," promising two impactful days of learning, networking, and professional growth.

Day 1: Empowerment Online Masterclass

  • Description: A comprehensive online masterclass designed to equip attendees with essential information and skills to advance their careers in HR.

Day 2: In-Person Conference and Networking

  • Format: Hybrid (In-person and online)

    • 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM: Full-day conference featuring industry leaders and influential speakers. Includes hot and cold meals.
